50% Deposit is required to place any order. Balance to be paid in FULL upon completion. Deposits placed on orders are non-refundable 

MEASUREMENTS

A guaranteed-to-fit promise backs shades measured by us. We will replace any shade we measure that does not fit.

Supplied measurements by the customer are not guaranteed; if they do not fit, the customer will be liable for replacements.

LEAD TIME, INSTALL & DELIVERY

All of our shades are offered with free installation. We ask that you have areas free of furniture in front of the windows where we are installing shades.

Shade lead times vary from 2 to 3 weeks from date ordered. Install is within 24 hrs of receipt of blinds to our shop.

We accept Cash, E-transfer, Cheques 

 ** Credit cards ARE subject to a 2.4% surcharge

WARRANTY

All shades are backed by the manufacturers' warranty for defects. Any damage not caused by defects will not be covered. 

MEDIA

By accepting this estimate you authorize us to use photos of your windows exclusively for media use. We will never publish photos that show personal identifying items. We also never publish names or addresses of our customers
